Overview
This research unit studies the basic mechanisms of the functions and malfunctions of procaryiotic and eucariotyc cells’ genomes, as well as various intracellular processes. It relies on an interdisciplinary approach which inclues genetics, microbiology, genomics, cellular biology, molecular biology, bioinformatics.
It is composed of two departments:
- Micro-organisms, genomes and environment
- Molecular and cellular genetics
Directors
- Director: Ivan Tarassov
- Assistant-Director: Philippe Bertin
