Centre for Neurocognitive and Neurophysiological Investigation (CI2N) - UMS 3489

Director

André Dufour

Overview

The Centre’s main research interest is to understand how the human brain selects, integrates, and memorises sensitive information. Researchers apply advanced thermophysiology, thermal sensitivity and thermal comfort skills together with cutting-edge equipment (high-performance climatic chambers, a calorimetric manikin, and Thermotest equipment) to these scientific issues.

The centre’s lead researchers each have more than 15 years of expertise in the field of behavioral and physiological variations when driving. These studies are conducted using one of the most realistic dynamic driving simulators in Europe.
