Overview
The Institute comprises over 100 scientists concerned with the development of advanced research related to energy, environment and health. The complementary aspects of the various research teams contribute to solve global issues ranging from molecules design, properties, and applications in useful devices, sensors or catalytic processes. At the forefront of new technologies is the development of innovative materials divided in three main research areas: the first deals with organic chemistry, spectroscopy and reactivity, the second with polymer engineering and the third concentrate on catalysis and processes.
